1. Who we are

This website is operated by Hadar Plotkin (הדר פלוטקין), trading as Plotwist Studio, a VAT-registered business in Israel, of Alumim, Ramat Gan, Israel ("Plotwist Studio", "we"). You can reach us at support@plotwiststudio.com.

By buying from or using this website you agree to these Terms.

2. Products

We sell digital products: audio plugins, preset packs, sample packs and bundles of these. Nothing is shipped physically. Product pages list system requirements, so please check them before you buy.

When you buy a product you receive a license to use it, not ownership of it. Use of plugins is governed by the Plugin EULA, and use of samples and presets by the Sample & Preset License.

3. Prices, currency and VAT

Each product has a price in Israeli shekels, which includes VAT, and a price in US dollars, which does not. The currency switcher only changes which price is displayed while you browse.

The billing country you select at checkout decides what you pay, and checkout shows the final price before you pay. If your billing country is Israel, you pay the shekel price, including VAT, and receive a tax invoice-receipt. If your billing country is outside Israel, you pay the US dollar price, and Israeli VAT is not charged. 4. Orders and payment

You can buy as a guest using a valid email address. Payment is processed by Cardcom on its secure hosted payment page. We do not receive or store your full card details.

A purchase is complete when the payment is approved. We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud or a clear pricing error, and will refund any amount paid for that order.

5. Delivery

After payment we email you secure, expiring download links, plus license keys for plugins. You can download your files again and see your license keys on your order page. Keep your email address accurate, and keep your order link and license keys private.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The website, products, names and logos belong to us or our licensors. Apart from the rights given in the applicable license, all rights are reserved.

8. Acceptable use

You may not attack or disrupt the website, try to get around license or download protections, or share download links or license keys with others.

9. Liability

Products are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost projects or data, and our total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Please back up your work. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law, including consumer protection rights.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version published when you buy applies to that purchase.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of [city], Israel have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence. [Lawyer to confirm.]
