Do I need an account to buy?
No. You can check out as a guest with just your email address.
How do I receive my purchase?
Right after payment we email you secure download links. Plugin license keys appear in the same email and on your order page.
My download link expired. What now?
Links expire for security. Open your order page to download your files again and see your license keys.
Which plugin formats and systems do you support?
It varies by product. Each product page lists its supported systems (Mac or Windows) and formats (VST3, AU or AAX). VST is a trademark of Steinberg Media Technologies GmbH.
How does plugin activation work?
Enter your license key and purchase email in the plugin. You need the internet only to activate or deactivate, and each key works on up to 2 computers. Replaced your computer's main hardware? Deactivate first if you can, otherwise write to support and we'll reset it.
Can I use the samples and presets in commercial music?
Yes. They are royalty-free for use in your music, but you can't redistribute them as samples or presets. See the Sample & Preset License for details.
What will I actually pay?
Your billing country at checkout decides. With a billing address in Israel you pay the shekel price, which includes VAT, and receive a tax invoice-receipt. With a billing address anywhere else you pay the US dollar price, with no VAT.
What does the currency switcher do?
It only changes which price you see while browsing. Your billing country sets the final price, and checkout shows it clearly before you pay.
Can I get a refund?
