Sample & Preset License

1. What this covers

This license covers the audio samples, loops, one-shots and presets in Plotwist Studio packs (the "Sounds"). The Sounds are licensed to you, not sold.

2. What you can do

You get a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the Sounds in your own music and audio productions, including commercial releases, streaming, sync, live performance and work for clients. You owe no further payment and no credit is required.

3. What you can't do

• Redistribute, resell or share the Sounds on their own, whether original or modified, as samples, presets or in any similar form.
• Include the Sounds in another sample pack, preset pack, sound library, virtual instrument or sound-effects collection.
• Use a track that consists mainly of an unchanged Sound, with little or no other musical content, as a released work.
• Register the Sounds alone with a content identification system such as YouTube Content ID, or claim copyright in them.
• Use the Sounds to train or develop machine-learning models.
• Transfer this license to someone else.

4. Ownership

We or our licensors keep all rights in the Sounds themselves. You keep the rights in the music you create with them, apart from the underlying Sounds.

5. Warranty and liability

The Sounds are provided "as is", to the extent the law allows. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the pack. Rights that cannot be limited by law are not affected.

6. Ending this license

This license ends if you breach it or if your purchase is refunded. Music you released before a refund stays licensed, unless the license ended because of a breach.

7. Governing law

This license is governed by the laws of the State of Israel, subject to any mandatory rights in your country of residence.
