Plugin EULA

1. This agreement

Effective date: November 8, 2026.

This End User License Agreement is between you and Hadar Plotkin (הדר פלוטקין), trading as Plotwist Studio, of Alumim St., Ramat Gan, Israel ("we"). It covers every Plotwist Studio plugin. By installing or using a plugin, you accept this agreement. If you don't accept it, don't install or use the plugin.

2. License grant

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the plugin, for one user, on up to 2 computers that you own or control. A valid license key is required, and activating it needs an internet connection once on each computer. The plugin is licensed to you, not sold.

3. Your license key

Your license key is linked to your purchase and is personal to you. To activate the plugin on a computer, you enter the key and your purchase email. Each key works on up to 2 computers, and deactivating the plugin on a computer frees its place. The plugin connects to the internet only when you activate or deactivate it, and works offline after that, with no periodic checks. Keep your key private, and treat it like a password.

4. Ownership

We and our licensors own the plugin, including its code, design, presets and documentation. All rights we don't expressly give you are reserved.

5. What you may not do

• Share or publish your license key.
• Copy, redistribute, resell, rent, lend or give away the plugin or its license key.
• Crack the plugin, or bypass or tamper with its license checks.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or modify the plugin, except where the law allows this regardless of this agreement.

6. Your music

Audio you create with the plugin is yours. You can use it royalty-free in your music, including commercial releases, with no further payment and no credit required.

7. Updates

Updates for the version you bought, if we release any, are free. We are not obliged to release updates, and new major versions or upgrades may be sold separately.

8. Termination

This license ends automatically if you breach this agreement or if your purchase is refunded or charged back. You must then stop using the plugin and delete all copies. A refunded or disabled key can't be activated again, but copies already activated keep working offline, so this duty is yours. Music you already made and released under a valid license stays yours.

9. No warranty

To the extent the law allows, the plugin is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose. Audio software can behave unexpectedly, so save and back up your projects.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost projects, data, income or profit, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the plugin. Nothing in this agreement limits rights that cannot be limited by law, including consumer protection rights.

11. Governing law and courts

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
