Refund Policy

1. In short

• Plugins: you can cancel within 14 days and get a refund, as long as you haven't activated the license key.
• Sample and preset packs: you can cancel within 14 days and get a refund, as long as you haven't downloaded the pack.
• Technical problems we can't fix: we refund the affected product.

2. The 14 days

The 14 days start on the day of your purchase, or on the day you receive the delivery email with the purchase details if that is later.

A license key is activated when it has been entered into the plugin and registered with us, so our records show whether it was activated. When you cancel a plugin purchase, we may ask you to confirm that you've deleted any copies.

3. Your refund

We refund you within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice, to your original payment method, and issue any required credit document. Customers in Israel may be charged the cancellation fee the law allows: up to 5% of the price or NIS 100, whichever is lower. No fee applies if you cancel because of a defect, because the product doesn't match its description, or because of another breach on our part.

4. After activation or download

To the extent the law allows, a plugin whose key has been activated, or a pack that has been downloaded, is not refundable, because digital products can be copied and cannot be returned. Please check the system requirements and demo clips before you buy.

5. Technical problems

If a product doesn't work on a system listed in its requirements, contact us with your order number, operating system, DAW and a description of the problem. We'll try to fix it. If we can't resolve it within a reasonable time, we will refund the affected product.

6. Your legal rights

Israeli consumers have rights under the Consumer Protection Law, 1981, including section 14C on cancelling distance transactions. Under section 14C1, senior citizens, people with disabilities and new immigrants may cancel within four months if the purchase included a conversation between you and us. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived by law. If you live outside Israel, mandatory consumer rights in your country may also apply.

7. After a refund

When a purchase is refunded, its license and download access end, and you must stop using the product and delete it. A refunded key can't be activated again, but copies already activated keep working offline, so this is your responsibility.
